Xavier is the Director of Projects and Field Operations at CG Asset Solutions. He graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2016 and has built a strong background in asset management, GIS analytics, and project management while working with multiple utilities.

In addition to his technical and project leadership experience, Xavier holds a Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification in Alabama, reflecting his hands-on expertise and commitment to operational excellence in the water and wastewater industry.

At CG Asset Solutions, Xavier leads field operations and project execution, ensuring that client initiatives are delivered with precision, efficiency, and long-term value.
